All orders are shipped by 2PM the next day after purchase via NinjaVan.

You can expect your order to arrive within 3-5 working days after purchase.


Yes! All orders are shipped via NinjaVan and you should receive a notification with a tracking link within 24 hours of your purchase.

Please note that we utilise a third-party logistic provider and although we pack your parcel with the utmost care, we cannot be liable for any damages sustained during the fulfilment process. Please do still report improper handling to us so we can take the appropriate action and support you where possible.


Yes, we offer a 60-days manufacturer's guarantee for all our products from the date of purchase (refer to your receipt).

If you received defective shoes which do not meet your durability expectations due to manufacturing defects, we will provide you a new pair at no extra charge.

You will need to send us appropriate evidence of the defect, and we reserve the right to make the final decision regarding returns.

Any defects reported after the 60-day warranty period are ineligible for returns/exchanges.


Yes, you can! You can simply contact us via email or social media to arrange for an exchange.

You will need to pay a small fee of RM8 for exchanges within Peninsular Malaysia and return your existing pair of shoes in original condition (as packaged) via mail to us. We will then send you the desired size change.

Any exchanges of sizes must be done within 60-days from the date of purchase (refer to your receipt).
